William Goodman

William Goodman

Funeral Director

Bill was born and raised in Northbrook. Bill attended Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 1993 and has been a licensed funeral director for 30 years. Bill is passionate about sports and was formerly a wrestling and lacrosse coach. Through decades of service in the funeral industry, Bill has developed a keen sense of community outreach on a broad level, and an ability to connect with each family he serves on an individual level. Bill sees funeral directing not only as an occupation, but a personal calling; and derives satisfaction from helping every family he serves. Bill lives in the northern suburbs with his family.

Ari Nikich-Fowler

Ari Nikich-Fowler

Memorialist/Funeral Director

Ari Nikich-Fowler was born and raised in Skokie, where he graduated from Niles North High School. He attended Northeastern University, majoring in Accounting. Ari began as a monument designer when he was 15. In 2020, he enrolled at Worsham College of Mortuary Science and upon graduation, began his funeral director apprenticeship under the sponsorship of William Goodman. Beyond work, Ari loves to spend his time cooking, gardening, and sketching. Ari's artistic abilities are what continues to drive his passion for monument design. Ari feels that his dual position as both a funeral director and memorialist enrich and compliment one another, enabling him to form deeper bonds with the families he serves.

Olivia Varo

Olivia Varo

Funeral Director

Olivia was born on a dairy farm in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, as the oldest of five siblings. Olivia credits her upbringing on the farm with instilling in her a keen sense of compassion, and a love for serving her family, friends, and community with an open heart and busy hands. After moving to Chicago to pursue an education in Forensic Science, a dear friend and retired funeral director suggested Olivia would be far more suited to a life of service as a funeral director rather than a life spent in a laboratory. She attended Worsham College of Mortuary Science, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and finally found her true calling. She has been a funeral director since 2015. She is always learning, reading, and growing to better serve families in need and credits her passion to several key mentors within the Orthodox Community. She currently lives in Round Lake Beach with her husband Beniamin, daughter Sofia, and beloved pets Abbi and Riley.
